Yes, they either operate or position to LHR before working the return trip to China.
As there are only two SIN LHR trips that only equates to 4 crew members at present so there is a fair bit of positioning, when the A380 starts there will be more SIN based crew onboard.
SIN based crew operate the BEI/PVG/CTU flights.
