Can I buy a decent/good bottle of Bordeaux, in a Paris wine store, for <20€?

I like Merlot & Cabs and have never purchased French wine. We'll be in Paris in a couple weeks, for 6 days, and would like to buy a couple decent bottles of Bordeaux at a local wine merchant. We'll be in the 2nd Arr. (Vendome area).
Google shows a few wine merchants but am looking for a personal recommendation. Merci.
