Every human has racist "gene" buried deep inside ( save Gandhiji,Mother Teresa.....).

We have been trained, taught, brainwashed into not exhibiting yet it often peeks out at unguarded moments. In a meeting at a Fortune 500 a phalanx of white managers, decision makers were facing a group of minority franchisees.
The head honcho directly asked if the group thought he was racist as all that was said by the minority came across as such. I am mature he did not expect an answer of yes! None would speak up for fear of retribution, finally one said, " sir, if you have to ask, if you think you are a racist, perhaps you are."

See if you can tell if the shoe fits. For too long now we have swept this under the carpet under the guise of Politically Correct. Time to face the crazy uncle/ aunt in the attic.
