Two Recent Posting Stories
For a 8/7 stay at the Times Square IHC, it took me about 2 weeks to get the 600 points posted via 2 emails to ihc and then 1 email directly to the hotel.
For an 8/31 stay, same property, today I sent an email to the hotel and points were posted within 1 hour.
