Have stayed at the Houston North Marriott some time back and found it to be a great property. Ok, not plush by any standard and more like a Courtyard with a Lounge than a full service property but extremely courteous staff.
The OP wasn't really discussing the property per se, but instead that each stay there he has to contact MRCS because the property is giving him credit for room only & not room + FB spend.
