Thanks all. I will continue to monitor rates (good idea).

The rate is $119 per night (+ tax) on both Hilton.com and hotels.com. AAA rate is $113 per night (+tax). All are refundable up to 24 hours prior to stay.

I get 10% cashback when using hotels.com (making their rate $107 per night). Which actually ties a non-refundable rate on Hilton of $107 (but of course I'd prefer having the option to cancel just in case).

I checked the MVP website and it has a rate of $95 per night, cancellable up to 24 hours prior. Quite an amazing rate. I found this link https://www.hiltonhhonors.com/Proces.../?lp=mvpftgold and it says user must be affiliated with a Sports Group or event. How do they qualify someone? Can I just say I'm in town for a golf event?
