I would have thought that all Star Alliance J pax could use the lounge but found no mention of this on the TK site (they said it was eligible to TK J pax, miles and smiles elite and elite plus members and star alliance gold members).

This is a STARGold lounge so is also accessible to anyone fly on a same day STAR airline with a J/C ticket, or with that status. I've used it as a STARGold flying economy too. In fact, if one holds a premium class ticket on a STAR airline, this gives access to any STAR member lounge at an airport (subject to security access to specific areas of the terminal). Enjoy the experience of one of the best (and exotic) lounges in the system.
