It's a matter of principal. They screwed up and it cost me $117. I think I am entitled to reimbursement. YMMV (which it obviously does)
What matters is what a court would class as an entitlement. Personally, I would be surprised if a $117 phone calll would be classed as entitled to be reimbursed.
Did you phone a local AA office or the US office?
