I contacted DL asking why there wasn't a OGG-HNL segment posted on my Skymiles Activity page.

They replied that my OGG-HNL flight will met ZERO MQMs as it was on Hawaiian Airlines.

Who is right? And if I CAN get it fixed, who do I contact???
You get either 1)Original routing credit OR 2)New routing credit, but subject to the rules of DL for earning on those flight. Since you've selected #2 you get credit just like as if you had bought that flight. Since Hawaiian doesn't give MQM you won't get MQM for that flight. Sorry but rerouting doesn't mean the rules for earning on a partner go out the window. This is why they offer option one where you get Original routing credit.
