Ah as I thought QX had a heads up display.
The HUD ties into the ILS. Presumably the alternate runway they're using is 07/25. This runway does have a GPS/RNP approach. I'm sure AS has the "better" RNP authorization, but that approach still requires 300 foot ceiling and a mile of visibility along the runway as opposed to the CAT-III approach on the other runway which requires no ceiling and only a few hundred feet of visibility along the runway.
