It was an issue about whether or not they needed to list students in the phone book. As a result of this court decision they changed their policy, statewide, for 10's of thousands of students. And they paid out refunds of over $20,000 (in 1973 - so more like $50,000). And when I told the story to Herb Kalmbach, and told him that I was still an undergraduate at the time, he told me I would make a great lawyer. And he was right.
