There is no chance that this would be allowed
If AKL was allowed as the destination, you would be trying to get a routing of 18,588 miles permitted where the MPM+25% is 13466 miles
Even if I drop AKL, I'd seemingly have an issue:
JFK-HKG-SYD (12,652 mi with an MPM+25% of 14,933, so good here, but)
SYD-NRT-HKG-DXB-LHR-JFK (17,244 mi is still >2K over the MPM of 14,933)
Only way for it to work is JFK-HKG-SYD-HKG-SYD or JFK-LHR-DXB-SYD-DXB-LHR-JFK. Oh well.
