Why do they serve the chicken that way on the RJ flights? Why can't it be plated on top of the salad/noodles? It always has seemed odd to me, but it always seems to be the case. Is there a catering/sanitary reason for it?
For some reason DL has decided to plate all chicken and Beef dish's this way. I wish the chicken and beef would be sliced which would make it easier to eat.
