Generally speaking, though, I've never seen the specific data supporting the argument of keeping seats one short of needing that next FA on margin. What's the average per seat revenue on a leg? At least $150, right? I realize that there are costs on margin aside from the FA for that new pax, but is the FA cost really enough to displace that added revenue after other costs? What am I missing?
