DL/KL/AF fares are back as of this morning with a refile. Same as before, I'm seeing - depending on your origin - BCN, HEL, MAD, LHR, PMI, BIO, TLL, MAN between $1700-2500 (latter higher fares due to LHR APD). Other cities may exist.
