Hmm are you sure you want to spend your miles on that upgrade? I believe the IST-ACC route will be operated by a 737 with regular recliner seats, hardly worth wasting your miles for. I would rather suggest that you save up those miles for an award ticket instead. 45K is enough for a one-way to North America in Business.
