I took a VDB OGG-LAX-PHX.
DL routed me the following night OGG-HNL-LAX-PHX, with the OGG-HNL flight on Hawaiian Airlines.
I asked the GA if I would get full MQMs for the re-route and she said "yes."
I contacted DL asking why there wasn't a OGG-HNL segment posted on my Skymiles Activity page.
They replied that my OGG-HNL flight will met ZERO MQMs as it was on Hawaiian Airlines.
Who is right? And if I CAN get it fixed, who do I contact???
I had this same problem last month -- 2 flights on HA between HNL and OGG. At first showed as 0 MQM and 0 RDM, even though the flights had DL flight numbers and DL was the marketing carrier. The problem was that for some reason when the flights posted to my account they posted with their HA flight numbers. Check your account for this and if your flight also had a DL flight number you should be able to get credit for it. I had to call and walk through this with someone at the Medallion desk but I got full MQM and RDM credit eventually.
