sumisu75 Welcome to FT
Why do you want to do this?
For practical purposes:- no. Once miles are in a ffp that's where stay. You need to use them from your ffp. From

Effectively transfer/conversion of miles/points from 1 airline ffp to another airlines ffp is not possible or practicable. Transfer via
www.points.com is sometimes possible, but the conversion rate is unbelievably horrendous. For some ffp's there can be indirect ways via hotel frequent-guest programs, but these typical result in a significant reduction in the number of miles that ultimately end up in the other airline's FFP.
Selling is against the rules of ffp's and FT: Do not do it!
