Peach Airlines - how strictly is the 10kg carry-on weight limit enforced?
Peach Airlines has a published carry-on weight limit of 10 kg combined for the carry-on and the personal item.

How strictly is this enforced? Do they weigh both together, or is it purely a visual thing?

Edit: This will be departing KIX. I'm sure my roll-a-board will be less than 10kg, but I'm not sure about my roll-a-board plus my backpack.
