Your flight may have two of them, and another market has 2 of them etc, but every single one mentioned is allocated somewhere across the network.
I fly internationally in BF/GF nearly weekly - and I can count one one hand the number of times this year I've seen one of the featured wines. Now I'm not saying what your saying isn't technically true - but it appears to be obvious that UA hasn't / won't buy enough of the good stuff to actually make them regular on their flights, and now they've realized that people actually care about this when they spend $6k on a ticket so instead of investing and delivering a quality product (which they were already supposed to do) they decide to do away with the list - funny after announcing their investment to improve onboard catering a few weeks ago....
