Wasn't the wine list also removed from the menu late last year? IIRC, the reasoning at the time from UA was they needed time to ensure the 2013 Wine Program would be consistent. Of course, it never was even after the wine lists were reintroduced earlier this year. Rarely could you find more than one listed wine actually on board.

I've had some major flops (such as not having any Champagne provided in the BusinessFirst cabin - only the undrinkable fizz usually used for boarding), but things have also worked in my favor as well (I've seen the vintage F Champagne served in J a few times) since the wine lists were reintroduced.

The UA wine program is in major need of a overhaul. I suspect they could send a couple interns to Costco and they'd come back with a better selection at not much more cost than the plonk Doug Frost seems to find. Why even bother paying him?
