Hi All - I see threads which sort of hint around this question but nothing that answers exactly so here goes:

It's possible to book a multi-city itinerary using Aeroplan reward points, but with only three segments included (stop over and/or open jaw and then turn-around). I want to go YVR-YUL-FRA-YUL-YVR with stops in all places using points. Someone told me I can do that by calling an agent and doing it on the phone, but not online at Aeroplan. Is that the case? Yes, I know a perfectly good answer might be "call and find out" but I'm trying to save a little time by going to a larger source right off the bat!
