This year I've stayed at both of these hotels 6/7 times:
Houston Marriott North (USA)

On every occasion, I've had to retrospectively "claim" the points for food & beverage spend at each hotel.
I've escalated this issue with MRCS, who have asked each hotel for an explanation.
Both hotels accounting departments have replied that they have "no idea" why this has happened.
MRCS are now investigating the issue
Given the number of stays & the recurrence of the issue; I fear that this may be a systemic - which raises the following questions
Have any other FT members had the same issue with THESE hotels?
Have any other FT members had the same issue with OTHER hotels?
(I wouldn't have noticed, other than I wanted to hit a milestone - then Pandoras Box opened - if the issue is systematic, then 000,000's of MR points "could" be "owed")
I'm back in Houston at the end of the month & have requested a meeting with the GM, in order to receive an explanation
