Looking for some help from people who have booked award itineraries using A3 miles. I need to spend 30K A3 miles on a one-way trip between Europe and North America; either LON-YYZ on November 11 or YYZ-LON on November 18 (dates are flexible by a day or two).

AFAIK, A3 enforces the MPM rule... LHR-IST-YYZ exceeds MPM, so probably a no-go for a A3 award ticket. You can only get an answer if you speak to A3 about this routing (try it out!)... TK of course sells this route trough their hub, even if it's exceeding MPM... And it does not matter what routings the ANA tool is showing to you, its a different FFP with their own rules...
Choose the carrier that charges the lowest amount of YQ as shown on ITA matrix....
