Interesting I sent an email to both addresses listed in a previous post, and got two different replies! One of them says T3 Bay 12, and the other Bay 8.

We wish to inform you for Terminal 1 shuttle, Kindly exit gate no. 2 after Customs Area, and turn right as you cross the street towards our hotel counter.
The operating hours for Terminal 1 shuttle is every hour on the hour.
For Terminal 3 shuttle, Upon exit kindly turn right and look for Bay 12, that would be the waiting area for Terminal 3 shuttle.
The operating hours for Terminal 3 is every 30 minutes.
Please be advised that our Airport shuttle is operating 24 hours

I have attached maps from the airport terminals for the complimentary shuttle.
With regards to the complimentary airport shuttle, we do offer it for all guests visiting the Resorts World Complex. It runs every hour, 24 hours, 7 days a week to and from all Terminals of Ninoy Aquino Airport.
Our shuttle buses are distinctly recognizable since all are colored yellow with large Resorts World Manila murals on each side of the bus.

Pick-up points are as follows:
Terminal 1 – hotel counter (arrival area)
Terminal 2 – Bay 20 which is located between the international and domestic arrival area
Terminal 3 – Bay 8

But please be advised, that since it is on a first come first served basis, delays may be inevitable since it may depend on how many guests will be taking the shuttle.
