It is probably less critical than trying to book a LHR-LAX/SFO/CPT/SYD award however T-355 will still be your best chance, there could be someone else wanting to book the same date as you who books before you. When/if the award seat becomes available it just takes one person to book it for it to be gone..

SYD/SIN/HKG typically has less availability than say PEK/PVG/TYO.
