If there is an interline agreement it can be added to AS ticket stock but i do vaguely remember that Missy said that AS can't plate TPAC/TATL flights so i think that's the only other exception. Now back on topic. It's safe to assume OP is referring to awards. $5.60 is the minimum TSA (9/11) security fee (one way single enplanement trip). There are other taxes and fees that are missing had it been a revenue ticket. US Federal Segment fee and PFC's don't apply to the domestic award ticket explaining the $5.60 + $12.50 Partner Fee
