Not sure if anyone has noted this on the landside vs. airside speculation, but I very quickly skimmed through the
operating agreement and noticed the following:
Perhaps I'm mistaken, but wouldn't a new stairwell "east" of the Premises be airside?
I thought it has already been confirmed that SFO club will be on the air side.
