No. There are literally dozens of possibilities for routing.
However, if you are able to secure a good (read: without $1000+ in fees) routing on airlines like BR,TK,LX,CA or SQ, and can avoid AC,LH,NH,TG,OZ, your options should be better earlier on, but not necessarily at 1 year out
You will need to research some more on whats available, do not just rely on Aeroplan.com or the phone agents, unless you have $2000 burning a hole in your pocket that you ll have to fork out for your "free" tickets.
