You can credit the miles flown on Hainan to Airberlin. Might be others, but that's the only one I found. Be sure to check your fare class as some earn 50% and others may earn 0%. http://www.airberlin.com/en-GB/site/...nerName=hainan

Even if that doesn't work out, I'd just save the $160 and go with Hainan. It's a better itinerary than TK's and some TK fare classes have reduced/zero earning rates with the good *A programs (UA,AC,ANA,SQ) anyway.
