I flew premium Rouge to/from YYZ.
The hard and soft products are not as good as domestic Air Canada J.... but better than United domestic J.
Board early, even in PY, if you have a roller bag. The tired old 767 has very limited overhead bin space.
They actually did a really good job enforcing priority boarding. There were so many people who tried to board out of order, that they turned away!
2 choices for food. The Indian chicken option on the first flight was bad, but the vegetarian ravioli on the second flight was decent, if a bit dry.
Service was hit or miss:
On my first flight it was bad. They never dimmed cabin lights for sleeping. Left service items after the first meal on the tray tables for THREE hours. Flight attendants hung out in galley area chatting. My wife asked for water mid-flight, and they told her to go to the galley and get it herself from the bottle there.
Service on my second flight was excellent, about on par with mainline J.
