I have never tried this myself but the options are there on the console when "booking the pod" when you are at station A or station B. Station B gives the option of "Terminal 5" or "Station A" as the destination.
I guess it would make sense in case you made a mistake and pressed B instead of A (or vice-versa) so that you can go to the other one without having to go again all the way to T5 and back.
