I was told that the shuttle leaves for the airport every TWENTY minutes, not ten, at 00, 20, and 40 after the hour. This was for a weekday morning departure, and I was told that after 8 am ish, there can be issues with shuttles being full and requiring a wait for the next one.
I don't know about the other direction, from airport to hotel, as I decided to walk. Bad decision but at lot depends on the terminal where you land.
