Hmmm that is very disconcerting about the voucher points being immediate. I definitely entered all of my details in correctly and it looked like it went through (as much as one can tell the first time they do these things). But still no points!!! Now I'll have to see if I can find my voucher or not, I'm not sure if I brought it with me from the hotel as I think I entered the points while I was there using their free wifi. Bummer!!!

Oh well, it's only 500 points here and there but I'm a slow earner so I'm always keen to get points whenever I can. I guess I'll take advantage of the free treats from now on as less stressful.

I would try phoning but I get really stressed over the phone, especially when people are being unhelpful, so I try to avoid those sorts of situations if I can help it. People aren't always horrible but when they are, it really gets to me.
