Avianca and Turkish Airline "partnernship"
I saw this today:

I assume Turkish Airlines is trying to promote Istambul to Colombia through Avianca, given that Turkish Airlines in planning to fly directly to BOG starting summer 2015 (or that is what at least every agent at BOG who I have asked, has told me).
