Looking at the a/c operating the flight in the past month or so, it had suites on 17 of the 31 days in August. So is a chance that you may get suites in F.

Unless you get suites in F, I would not recommend upgrading to F. The Lie Flats in J are almost as close to the sky cruisers in F.
