Hi, I might have missed something but it seems Air Canada makes it incredibly difficult to access and login to the Aeroplan website. The site on its own is a bit confusing and not very coherent with Air Canada's website but that would be another topic on its own. My main issue is that the website does not let you create a username, it is only based on the Aeroplan card number. Kind of backward I think but that would still be ok. However they made it even harder by splitting the card number into 3 boxes so that your browser cannot remember the number. How would they expect users to remember the card number or have the card in hands when they simply need to login? I'm hoping I've missed something somewhere. If not, Air Canada is really doing all they can to keep customers away from using their website?
