Don't cross customs until you are done with the restaurants and duty free in the main area. Once you cross, you have a choice between 2 terrible cafes and McDonald's.

The lounge is call "VIP Lounges". The cover all of the airlines.

We were greeted with warm milk for a limited cereal selection and some small pastries for breakfast today. It's not as nice as the typical MLL.
I got a little chuckle out of the "not as nice as the typical MLL" remark just knowing what most people's opinion of them are...then I read your name and burst out laughing.
