Just spent a week at the Hilton Santa Fe and had a very good and pleasant stay.
As a Gold, we were upgraded to an executive room (I don't think that there is an executive floor, per se), and given access to the lounge. Lounge is small and the offerings seemed minimal--the greatest benefit of it is probably the free waters/cokes/coffees. I doubt that I'd pay extra for an executive room and lounge access.
Continental breakfast was decent, but not particularly extensive (pastries, breads, yogurt and granola, cut fruit (strawberries, pineapple, and some melon varieties), and hot oatmeal); you can upgrade to the full breakfast buffet for $2 a person, which is a good deal if you want to load up on sausage/bacon/french toast.
The pictures of the rooms on the internet are accurate. Large walk-in shower and reasonably spacious seating area in the bedroom section.
The outdoor pool is heated year-round and the fireplace was going strong every night.
Property has a great location and very good staff. It is now my go-to place in Santa Fe.
