i've been having some problems trying to get in touch with nok air about a reservation i made last week....
i made the booking online on their website, made the online payment & got the ticket on my email....about 20 minutes later i received another email alert from my bank that my card has been charged the same amount by nok air again....i called my bank & they told me that i have been charged twice, 20 minutes apart....the bank gave me an approval code to give to nok air to cancel the duplicate charge....
i tried calling nok air on +66 29009955 & it gave me a prompt to press 9 for english....i did that but the prompt continued in thai & no matter what button i pressed it would continue in thai & eventually hang up....
i thought they might be having trouble with their phone lines so i filled up their online form & submitted that....i also sent them an email regarding this issue....now, 5 days later i have still not received a response & the phone line still has the same problem....it prompts me to press 9 for english but continues in thai for a while till the line hangs up....
would anyone know another way to get in touch with them????
Challenge the second charge with your CC company. That protects you.
