Another vote here for the SYD F lounge. The views are spectacular - you get the airport bustle against the backdrop of the city skyline. The spa is great and makes BA's offering look ridiculous - they have proper treatment rooms with sensible offerings, rather than hasty taster sessions (when available) behind a curtain at T5.
I like the light bright decor of the SYD lounge and I think the different zones work well. Those big reclining chairs in front of the windows are fabulous.
These are some of the reasons I prefer the SYD F lounge to the CCR; I'd make a lot of time to spend in the former but not much for the latter. I also prefer the food that I've had there. But this (and this thread) does demonstrate just how personal these preferences are.
