Go row 35; 34 is a bulkhead and there significantly better legroom in 35. (Although if you are under about 175cm in height then likely not an issue.)

As for the 14C, look around from 80 hours before the flight (3⅓ days) and see if 4C or 4D become available - they are better seats than the exits.
