I also had the Comtes de Champagne Taittinger Rosé and the Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle 3 weeks ago to LAX. The food btw was impressive. Especially the BBQ options served before landing were of very high quality. My +1 also enjoyed the Caribbean specials midflight which I did not try.
