Stand by for same day flight
Dear All,

I just booked a reward ticket BKKNCE via ZRH in C class on 05SEP
Unfortunatelly Swiss did not want to confirm the LX562 at 0855 and only gave me the LX568 1255.

Is it possible to go to the gate or transfer desk uppon arrival in ZRh and ask for a ticket change to LX562 ?
