typically what'll happen is the "sell date" will move closer as the opening date approaches (this is done to ensure that everything is on schedule and guests aren't inconvenienced) so my recommendation is if you really want to stay here to continue to monitor the sell dates (I'm seeing rooms available starting 9/28)
