I think I'd just send some inquiries at this point and try to sort out what's going on. Try both the T Mobile address (
[email protected] ) and AA. If you're dependent on it for work, let them know it will impact your choice of carrier if the outages continue.
When I e-mailed T-Mobile last week they referred to "an error in the hotspot connection" which really didn't tell me too much. I didn't even attempt to use the service on the flight home from HKG three days ago.
