chipsodg did you receive the breakfast once you asked for it? If so, I'd suggest you simply accept it was a misunderstanding. If you didn't receive it, do you know why? Of course if it was withheld from you (I can't imagine it was) then you'd have grounds for complaint.

Your response to the question - while factual - was a little misleading wasn't it? Would it not have been easier to say that you would like breakfast but wouldn't need waking?

We used avois for our flight, but, never in the past has this made any difference to the service we received. I felt ignored for want of a better word, I had to ask for drink and bread, I have no idea which member of staff was looking after me.

It was a full flight and I think they can't cope

Do you think I have grounds for complaint?
