Golden Ticket (for Gold members) and/or ba.com/welldone + (and this to me as a semi-social person is more important) personal thanks during or at the end of the flight for service/attention that really has made a difference.

I'm a bit surprised by the suggestions of brown envelopes... I'd thought this was either frowned upon or even expressly forbidden.
