This gives a business class saver fare to Europe (I checked SIN-CDG) for SGD1600 a/i return (USD1280). With full flat beds ex CMB to Europe. (London more expensive with APD at SGD1900).

FRA currently seems to have more availability than CDG for low prices out ex SIN.
It's ~10% more for a stay of over 1-3 months (I'm thinking of using this to break a RTW that takes me to Singapore, my home base being Europe). Fare bassis of IE1MSG or IE3MSG respectively.
I think I've read the fare rules right (pasted below) and you can change date for just S$65 (presumably still commencing Oct 15 to Dec 10).
