Tried opening a new AP account for my uncle. Got this response from AP:

"We appreciate your use of Amazon Payments. Unfortunately, we have been unable to confirm your account information. This may be because you failed to respond to our past requests for more information or we could not confirm identity information provided by you."

I don't get it, he doesn't has an AP account. He doesn't have a bank account either. Maybe that's why they can't confirm his information? He only has a SS card (alien resident), and that's it. Does anyone knows what service AP uses for identity verification? If it is something like a credit agency, I'm out of luck. My uncle is old school. Maybe if I open a bank account in his name? Probably won't be able to do that either, as I don't like any of my local banks. And will open it online, if I do.
